Envíos
Enviamos tus compras a nivel nacional donde la necesites y a todos los municipios de Colombia a través del operador logístico.

Ingresa correctamente los datos solicitados en el registro.

Valida los datos de envío del pedido (ciudad, departamento, dirección) en el momento del registro de la compra. Ten en cuenta que no se podrá cumplir los tiempos de entrega, si los datos son erróneos.

Los costos de envío varían de acuerdo al lugar de destino y serán calculados durante el proceso de pago.

Garantia

Tienes 30 días de garantía por defectos de fabricación y aplica desde el momento que recibes el producto.

La prenda debe estar lavada y en perfectas condiciones (revisa las instrucciones de lavado al interior de la prenda).

¿Los precios incluyen IVA?
El valor de todos los productos que ves en nuestra página ya tiene incluido el valor del IVA.

¿Si al momento de la entrega de mi pedido no me encuentro, qué debo hacer?
Si no estás para recibir tu pedido, el operador logístico puede dejarlo con cualquier persona mayor de edad que se encuentre en el domicilio registrado en el momento de la compra. Si no hay nadie para recibir el pedido, se realizará un nuevo intento de entrega al siguiente día hábil. El operador logístico realizará hasta 3 intentos de entrega, después de esto, el pedido será devuelto.

Solamente en Colombia y Estados Unidos, dependiendo de la ciudad varía la fecha de entrega.

Warranty

You have a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects and it applies from the moment you receive the product.
The garment must be washed and in perfect condition (check the washing instructions inside the garment).

Do the prices include tax?

The value of all the products you see on our page already includes the value of tax.

If at the time of delivery of my order I'm not here, what should I do?
​
If you are not ready to receive your order, the logistics operator can leave it with any person over the age who is in the registered address at the time of purchase. If there is no one to receive the order, a new delivery attempt will be made the next business day. The logistics operator will make up to 3 delivery attempts, after this, the order will be returned.
